Who is the Foodservice Solution Group?
Foodservice Solution Group (FSG) is a dynamic organization engaged in the commercial kitchen and servery design process to bring creative, innovative solutions to the clients we serve. FSG also acts as a food service consultant in the areas of equipment procurement, renovation, and physical asset management.
We take a highly collaborative approach to each project in which we play a role. FSG is an active team member intent on designing a food service area that is an integral, appropriate part of the overall facility. We believe in a high level of client interaction to insure that the operator and their customers are pleased with the design, layout, and functionality of the space. FSG is also on a mission to research, interpret, and apply sustainable design elements to food service facility design. Our efforts are concentrated in four areas where we believe the kitchen has significant impact in the sustainability of a building: space efficiency, energy conservation, reduction of water consumption, food and food-related waste management.
